Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 fee.

Same-day cancellations automatically incur the $100 fee.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation, and the $100 fee will apply.

All required intake, consent, and medical history forms must be completed before your scheduled appointment time.

Incomplete forms may require rescheduling or cancellation, and the $100 fee may apply to ensure safe and compliant care.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service.

Prepaid services, deposits, promotions, memberships, and packages are non-refundable.

Promotional pricing cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

No-Show Policy

A no-show (failure to attend without notice) results in an automatic $100 fee.

Patients with repeated no-shows may be discharged from the practice.

Photography & Documentation

Standardized clinical photography is required for all injectable and laser procedures for medical documentation and continuity of care. Photos are never used publicly without explicit written consent.
